The Government last amendments to the Penal Code to introduce as terrorism involvement in armed conflict abroad, in an attempt to stop the recruitment of Spanish by radical groups like the Islamic State, announced yesterday by Foreign Minister José Manuel García-Margallo. The announcement of Garcia-Margallo occurred at 24 hours after Spain signed the minutes of the Paris Conference for the setting up of a coalition that annihilates the EI. Although Spain has signed, has assigned specific missions and the Government considered very remote possibility of an intervention.
