Young LGBTI graduated with high heels and dress of women in institute of the brazilian Armed Forces – Confidential, Colombia (press Release)

Talles De Oliveira Faria, is the name of a young brazilian, 24 years graduated last December 17 at the Institute of Aeronautical Technology in the brazilian Armed Forces.
