Authorizing the expatriation of the bodies of brazilian family killed in Spain – W Radio

Guadalajara (Spain), 21 dec (EFE).- A court Spanish, authorized today the expatriation of the bodies of the brazilian family that was murdered by a nephew in August in his home in the province of Guadalajara, in the centre of Spain.

The lawyer Walfran Fields, brother of the father of family killed along with his handcuff, and to his two sons, Alberto Martin, confirmed to Efe that today received the communication of the expatriation.

The petition of expatriation is made as the past month of October, while “have waited for the report of criminal investigation and the filing of possible objections to authorize it,” said Martin, who criticized the “undue delay”.

The bodies of Marcos Campos Nogueira, his wife, Janaina Santos, Américo, and their two children of 4 and 1 years of age, were found in their home in the town of Pioz (Guadalajara) last September, after a neighbor warning about the bad smell near the house of the family, which makes me suspect that they were murdered weeks before.

The self-confessed murderer is Patrick Nogueira Gouveia, nephew of the father of the family, who is currently in custody in Spain after returning to this country from Brazil, where it is delivered on a voluntary basis.

The young man of twenty years, he traveled to his country after the murders, but later surrendered to the security forces of Spanish who had moved to Brazil to investigate the case. EFE
