More than a hundred associations in the field of education and social presented this Tuesday in Madrid, the Platform for the Freedoms and proclaim a Manifesto that aims to denounce the violation of freedoms, which represents the dictatorship of the Ideology of Gender, according to The Gazette.
In a ceremony presided over by the exdiputada of the Popular Party, Lourdes Mendez, people like the former euro mp and current chairman of the Foundation, Values and Society, Jaime mayor-Earwill denounce this Tuesday [Génova Financial Club, 10:30] the threat under which one can find freedom in Spain: "Under the pretext of pursuing the discrimination by reason of sexual orientation, or fight the LGTBIfobia, various Autonomous Communities are passing laws that are totalitarian, far from promoting equality and non-discrimination, are trying to impose an ideology relentless and unscientific, in an attempt to turn against the freedom of parents, educators, journalists, health professionals, and in the end, against the freedoms of all spaniards who are recognized as fundamental rights in the Constitution".
This is the axis on that orbit this complaint that have already joined institutions of all kinds such as the European Federation One Of Us In The Defense Of Life and Human Dignity, the catholic universities of Murcia and Valencia, the Association of Science, Life and Culture, Spanish Association of Pharmaceutical Catholic, theAssociation of Family and human Dignity, the Association Femidisidencia, the Association of Parents Separated from The Balearic Islands, the European Association of Citizens Against Corruption, the Association of rights and victims of the gender ideology of Murcia, or the European Association of Family Lawyers.
All of them reported that, with the new laws of gender, the scientists see limited their professional work: "we See an alibi to the research and the scientific truth can be punished if the result of the same and their dissemination contradicts what is stated in the ideology of gender. Along with the penalty is established the censorship, forbidding the presence of such research and scientific publications in public libraries", they denounce.
The presentation of this Manifesto and the constitution of the Platform by the Freedoms is the second step of a battle for freedom that these institutions began with the presentation of a written to the Ombudsman. At the beginning of November, this hundred associations explained to the Ombudsman that "the right to equality; the right to physical and moral integrity; the right to protection of health; the duty to provide assistance to the children; the right to freedom of expression; the right to presumption of innocence; the legal security; the right of access to justice and the right to education and freedom of ideological and religious were violated by the 'Law of Integral Protection against the LGTBIfobia and Discrimination on grounds of Sexual Orientation and gender Identity' adopted at the Community of Madrid by the Government of Cristina Cifuentes. The ombudsman decided, however,to reject the request for the protection of applicants and is not a remedy to justify the p ositive discrimination that the Law sets out in favor of the collective LGBTI.
