Spanish judge investigates committee that deposed Pedro Sánchez – teleSUR TV

the owner of The Court of First Instance number 14, Zaragoza (eastern Spain) decided to admit the complaint filed by José Ignacio Martín-Teacher for alleged illegalities and irregularities committed in the Federal Committee of the 1st October that he dismissed Pedro Sanchez, and that elected to the Management Committee who now directs the Spanish Socialist workers Party (PSOE).

Martin-Teacher introduced the demand, as an affiliate, and against the resolutions of the Federal Committee, requested the immediate suspension of what happened in the socialist party. To study the precautionary measures, the judge opened court orders separate which do not prevent the continuation of the legal proceedings.

According to the complaint, the Federal Committee was required to meet the low of the Executive after the 17 resignations of the critics of that same week. The complainant says that they had immediately an extraordinary congress and a consultation of the party membership, as suggested by Pedro Sanchez and as set forth in the rules of the PSOE.

in Addition, Martin-Teacher also believed that it was illegal that day the appointment of the Management Committee that he chairs Javier Fernandez. The internal rules of the party require, as is documented, to cover the lower of the Executive board or to convene an extraordinary congress in the event that the vacancies are one-half plus one.

The socialist leader lamented that you had to go to the courts to be pressed to democratise the party after the turn-authoritarian, which, in its opinion, as of October 1, due to which these decisions affect the constitutional rights of political participation.
