IMUG conducts ongoing equal employment – Daily Mail

The project is intended to raise the equality of working conditions in the public service, to remove the taboos and prejudices established

LEÓN, Gto.- in order to understand and generate equal opportunities between men and women in any work activity in the public service, 300 workers of the Government of the State participated in the course 'co-Responsibility and Conciliation of the Personal Life, Familiar and Labour of Women'.

The Institute for Women Guanajuato and Universidad Iberoamericana campus León were given the course, to explain that in any society, men and women since are born pass through a process of socialization of different shape and uneven, which leads to a number of different concepts, ranging from the language, access to different forms of regulatory social, work production, and reproduction.

"The issue of the co-responsibility of family, I think that is an issue that is not fought with our job duties or with the theme of the double days, but rather it is a subject that is put on the table to see the benefits when we have a job that has as a base the sense of equality"

"to the extent that we strengthen these conditions of equality, are the same measures that men and women we give you the opportunity to work together and develop our potential, especially for desestructurar those roles that we have learned," said the owner of the IMUG, Anabel Pulido.

According to the talk, the growth of the people is under typical beliefs towards men or women, where each has specific roles in society, when it is shown today that they can both play the same roles.

"women are not anything more we can be moms because so requested by the society, as it is a personal decision and not men nothing more should be professionals and providers, because society has given them that role.

"Today, if anything we have strengthened in all the centers work is precisely this, the importance that we have the day today to enjoy a series of freedoms and opportunities that allows us, under the semblance of equality, to have better conditions".

Pulido said that the equality of conditions of employment in the public service, gradually eliminating taboos and prejudices established, showing that men and women can have the same opportunities and develop the same activities, for the benefit of society and the workplace.
