Nostalgic of francoism, made to act in Madrid – Terra Colombia

Some hundreds of spaniards, nostalgic of the fascist dictatorship of Francisco Franco, gathered in a square in madrid Sunday at the met 41 years of the death of the caudillo.

The act, performed under a slight drizzle, was organized by political parties, marginal from the right. In their course they sang songs and waved flags alluding to the regime of four decades which came to an end with the death of Franco, at the age of 83, in 1975.

The forces of franco, with the help of Hitler’s Germany and Mussolini’s Italy, won the 1936-1939 civil war to overthrow a constitutional government.

In the eve, a manifestation in the Valley of the Fallen, the gigantic mausoleum for Franco in the vicinity north of Madrid, and demanded to turn it into a monument to the antifascist struggle.
