Prison for colombian in Spain for the death and dismemberment of a man – W Radio

Torrevieja (Alicante), 3 feb (EFE).- A court of the region of Valencia, decreed today the entry on remand of a Spanish and a colombian accused of butchering a man whose remains appeared last September in a plant of trash and waste.

A third person of colombian nationality was also arrested for the facts, but it is unknown if it has been released from prison or must appear before the judge, reported to Efe sources of the Upper Court of Justice valencian (TSJCV).

One of the detainees, of Spanish nationality, and with numerous records, is the alleged perpetrator of the murder.

The other two detainees, colombians, were arrested as alleged “collaborators and accomplices”, and it is possible that one of these also was “co-author”.

The corpse dismembered the victim, a Spanish citizen about 60 years, was found last September by an operator of a recycling plant wastes located in Elche (southeastern). It is suspected that the crime had a motive of an economic nature.

The police investigation suggests that the deceased was held in the home of the alleged perpetrator of the murder, where he quartered, and then take the remains of the body to a container of garbage.
