An anti-terrorism judge ordered the bail for two men arrested in late December on suspicion that they contemplated an attack in Madrid, according to videos that turned out to be a montage of an informant.

In the report, the judge of the Audiencia Nacional -high court specializing in terrorism – not confirmed that Lolo is an informant but accuses him of orchestrating the plot.
“The rest of the procedures carried out, including observations, phone calls, nor do they contribute to estimating the possible existence of a terrorism offence, either by glorification or by threats,” wrote the judge Pedraz.
