This is the LG G6, according to a leak.

The Verge

The LG G6, the flagship phone of LG for this year, was leaked on Monday in the official photos that seem to belong to the dossier that the manufacturer will distribute them at the Mobile World Congress (MWC, for its acronym in English) in Barcelona next month.

The images were published by the website the Verge and stop to see a phone with bezels reduced and a design that quite resembles that of the Samsung Galaxy S7, despite the fact that previous rumors indicated that the G6 would be very similar to its predecessor.

The Verge says that the G6 will have a body made almost entirely base metal, and glass. In addition, the phone will have the headphone port (3.5 mm), included water resistance and its battery will not be replaceable. It is important to highlight that the modularity of the G5 will not be present in the G6; LG has confirmed the latter.

In the photos you cannot appreciate if the aspect ratio of the screen has changed as suggested by the rumors. It is expected that the LG G6 has a format of 18:9 screen QHD+. The LG G5 has an IPS screen LCD 16:9.

One more rumor suggests that the LG G6 will have integration with Google Assistant (exclusive of Google Allo and Pixel) and with Alexa, the virtual assistant for Amazon and that is in fashion for its presence in a plethora of devices for the smart home.

LG has already sent invitations to the media, including CNET in Spanish, for an event on February 26 in the framework of the MWC in Spain.
