An anti-terrorism judge ordered the bail for two men arrested in late December on suspicion that they contemplated an attack in Madrid, according to videos that turned out to be a montage of an informant.
“The evidence suggesting that the investigated had a cut jihadist have vanished”,, he wrote in a report released Wednesday, the judge in charge of the case, Santiago Pedraz.

“The rest of the procedures carried out, including observations, phone calls, nor do they contribute to estimating the possible existence of a terrorism offence, either by glorification or by threats,” wrote the judge Pedraz.
Released under a regime of provisional release, the two men should be kept located by the authorities that even discusses some of the effects seized” during the raid, added the report.
