An anti-terrorism judge ordered the bail for two men arrested in late December on suspicion that they contemplated an attack in Madrid, according to videos that turned out to be a montage of an informant.

“The evidence suggesting that the investigated had a cut jihadist have vanished”,
, he wrote in a report released Wednesday, the judge in charge of the case, Santiago Pedraz.

December 27, the arrest of these two men of Spanish nationality caused alarm, after police found a video that showed a guy with a rifle type AK-47, and an image of the emblematic Puerta del Sol in madrid.

Edrissa Ceesay Sanuwo and Samir Sennouni Mouh, that in another video appeared showing a rifle of the same type and a machete in the military, were imprisoned on the 30th of December, between fears across Europe of possible attacks on the eve of New Year.

Then, were indicted for the offence of “glorifying terrorism” and “weapons depot of war.” In later days, however, cried out his innocence before the prison guards and alleged to be victims of a mounting of a third man, Manuel Mohamed Rodriguez Mnri, which in fact was a police informant called “Lolo”.

According to the newspaper The World, Lolo had to provide information “extraordinary” that warned of the existence of the alleged cell jihadist willing to attempt. In the report, the judge of the Audiencia Nacional, a high court specializing in terrorism, not confirmed that Lolo is an informant but accuses him of orchestrating the plot.

“The rest of the procedures carried out, including observations, phone calls, nor do they contribute to estimating the possible existence of a terrorism offence, either by glorification or by threats,” wrote the judge Pedraz.

Released under a regime of provisional release, the two men should be kept located by the authorities that even discusses some of the effects seized” during the raid, added the report.
