The latest food rations are being distributed among the inhabitants of besieged neighborhoods, rebels east of the syrian city of Aleppo, where it has not been able to get help from mid-July, said Thursday the UN, calling on the parties to allow the delivery of humanitarian aid.
“The last food rations are being distributed at the moment in which we talk about. There will be nothing more to distribute next week,” said Jan Egeland, who heads the working group of the UN on humanitarian aid.
