Renfe retrieves the Commuter service between Valencia and Castellón – Easyviajar

on Saturday 12 November, users of the operator rail will be able to go back to making normal use of the line C-6 Valencia to Castellón, affected by the works for the construction of the third lane on the Corridor of the Mediterranean, recovering the same number of frequencies of trains in the operating prior to the start of the work.

The railway company released last Monday, the times of the service close to the line C-6 Valencia to Castellón, as reported by the operator, are retrieved all the trains deleted with reason of the works of the third lane of the Mediterranean Corridor.

The recovery of this service involves the removal of the buses that complemented the communications between the two cities, which will run from this Saturday, 12 November, with the launch of the new programming.

According to Renfe said in a statement, as of Saturday it will replace “the existing schedule before the execution of the infrastructure work: 79 services will run again between the two cities, 39 train direction Valencia-Castellón and 40 trains in sense Castellón-Valencia”.

In this way, it will increase the frequency of trains at peak times to provide in this strip a train every 15 minutes, while in off-peak hours, the operation will be a train every half hour. More information on the official website of Renfe.
