MADRID The Popular Party (PP) of the Spanish Prime Minister, Mariano Rajoy, again, to have held elections April 28, to win the elections in the Community and in the city of Madrid, two of its two major electoral strongholds for over 20 years. Of course, bleeding and being forced to compromise to achieve a stable majority in both the regional Assembly and the Consistory. The votes cast for Citizens Party Albert Rivera, will be sufficient in both institutions.
This is evidenced by a survey by Metroscopia 1,200 interviewed by telephone in the region, of which 600 reside in the capital. Abstention would be 28% in the Community and 31% in the City. Six points less than in the elections of 2011 for the Community and two less for the Consistory, as quoted by the Spanish newspaper El País.
In the case of the autonomous parliament, the arithmetic difference of a possible coalition or support of Citizens for the PP and the sum of the deputies obtained by Spanish Socialist Workers Party (PSOE), can and IU is minimal, a single parliament: 65 seats (36 for PP and 29 for Citizens), compared to 64 (PSOE, 29; May we, 28;. and 7 IU)
