ABC of Spain 2 / Fourteen rivers Duero Basin are in the spotlight after the rains in recent days have caused widespread flooding in them. Specifically, there are thirteen sections on alert and seven in alarm, and Leon is the most affected province, followed by Palencia, Segovia and Zamora.
