The four suspected jihadists arrested yesterday in the Spanish city of Ceuta, North Africa, are “strongly radicalized”, trained and willing to commit attacks and even sacrifice themselves to achieve their purposes, the Spanish minister said Interior, Jorge Fernandez Diaz.

It is two pairs of brothers Spanish nationality and of Moroccan origin, who were arrested in an operation in which the Spanish Police gave dismantled a terrorist cell that had a “strong parallel” with the terrorists who bombed in Paris against Charlie Hebdo.

The arrested have been identified as Farid Mohammed al Lal, his brother Mohammed and Ali Anwar and his brother Rodouan Amzal.
