The Infanta Cristina faced seizure of their assets – El Diario de Yucatan

         


     

MADRID (AP) .- A judge ordered the Infanta Cristina of Spain, indicted on trial for tax evasion, to submit a list of their property for a foreclosure to cover his bail 2.7 million while awaits trial.

Judge Jose Castro de Palma gave the king’s sister until Friday afternoon to present the list.

The judge will verify whether the assets covering the amount of the bond and then proceed to freeze them. No good to the infant can not pluck them, the court said, but can not sell them.

Cristina, 49, sister of King Philip VI, he was indicted last December in a four-year investigation against her husband, Inaki Urdangarin, which charges as money laundering or fraud faces
