Spain: They find migrant child hidden in a suitcase – El Universal

Ceuta The Civil Guard has rescued a sub-Saharan immigrant child under 8 years old when he was to be introduced in Spain in the inside of a suitcase and was detected by the scanner customs.
 


 As reported by the Civil Guard said in a statement, intervention occurred at noon in control service and recognition of people and vehicles seeking access to Ceuta from Morocco by the land office of El Tarajal.
 


 


 The officers suspected of a woman carrying a suitcase, which required through the scanner located on the premises of the Civil Guard. There, they saw a human figure inside the luggage.

 About 1:30 pm (6:30 am EDT Peru) agents who continued in controls access to the city intercepted an individual Ivory Coast, provided with a residence permit in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, who finished recognizing that the child who was rescued from the suitcase was his son.
