MADRID, Spain. (NOTIMEX) .- The Civil Guard Spanish arrested 16 persons for participation as lawyers and activists in the so-called ‘front prisons’ of ETA, which is given by disrupted the financial arrangements for the network that controlled ETA prisoners .
