January 10, 2015, 13:49 Madrid, Jan 10 (PL) Sectors Catalan independence today announced the start of a campaign for early elections to which aims to give a sense plebiscite on the permanence of this region as part of Spain.
The president of the NGO Catalan National Congress (ANC), Carme Forcadell, said the goal of the mobilization is to ensure that regional political parties reach an agreement for the conduct of the elections.

Today ERC Secretary General, Marta Rovira, presented a counterproposal by which his party would give preference to Mas to include independent to consider, and then his party would wishlist but also with members of civil society not integrated with CiU.
The leader of ERC said that it is urgent to hold elections before the regional elections in May because the legislature, he said, is depleted.
Forcadell, meanwhile, announced that Mas summoned next week for a meeting with Junqueras and representatives of other independence organizations, Muriel Casals, of Ãmnium, and Josep Maria Vila d’Abadal of the Association of Municipalities for Independence
