Madrid, April 10 ( EFE ) .- The PP candidate for mayor of Madrid, Esperanza Aguirre, and the Chair of the Community Cristina Cifuentes, today opened the conference where the party presents its autonomous framework program and will close with the presentation of candidates of all communities.
The Prime Minister, Mariano Rajoy, and fifteen regional candidates who attend the May 24 -the thirteen communities involved and both of Ceuta and Melilla closed on Saturday this quote in which the PP wants to do a review of their program.
A conference held after the open crisis during Holy Week in relation to the leadership of the general secretary, Maria Dolores de Cospedal, during the weekend intervene twice, now in its condition number two PP and tomorrow as a candidate for reelection in Castilla-La Mancha.
The candidates meet in the middle of open debate on the PP mark and the use of the acronym of the party in the campaign and the mystery of the policy agreements that continue the party after elections in which polls predict will not absolute majorities.
There will be two days when popular presented and discussed the framework program unveiled on Monday and containing among its proposals a general lowering of taxes which are the responsibility of communities, including the regional section of PIT .
After the opening, there will be three roundtables with the participation of popular leaders of all communities that hold elections.
Each of the tables will be moderated by one of three assistant secretaries general of the party and as speakers have leaders who have collaborated in drafting the framework program.
So, Deputy Secretary General of the PP Regional and Local Policy, Javier Arenas, will moderate the economic table, entitled “Consolidating growth, regain competitiveness”, the speaker will be the deputy Studies and coordinator of the party, José María Bneyto.
Carlos Floriano, Deputy Secretary General Organization will be in charge of the table dedicated to social services under the title “A social agenda for the welfare” in which will be speaker Congresswoman Beatriz Escudero, secretary of the National Executive Committee.
“Reforming the administration to transform society” will moderate the table Deputy Secretary General Studies and Programs and head of the Spanish delegation PP in the European Parliament, Esteban Gonzalez Pons, and in which Juan José Matari, secretary of regional political party, will act as rapporteur.
Tomorrow Saturday, at half past ten, Closing will take place with the presentation of the regional candidates.
All of them, fifteen in all, involved in this act before you close Mariano Rajoy.
