Barcelona, March 3 ( EFE ) .- The Government will prepare a “black book recentralization” in Spain which will encompass all actions performed by the central government with which it is “carrying” a decentralized model for the “party mentality” of the PP, as today denounced the Minister of Presidency, Francesc Homs.
In the press conference following a Catalan executive meeting, Homs announced this measure to respond to the attitude of the Government of Mariano Rajoy respect to Catalonia.
