Vitoria, March 20 ( EFE ) .- The vice president of the Generalitat of Catalonia, Joana Ortega, insisted today that “at no time” has doubted that the Catalan elections will be held on September 27, but recalled that the “last word” lies with the president Artur Mas, whose responsibility will convene.
