Valencia Catholic University Saint Vincent Martyr noted that ?? educational policy of the Generalitat Valenciana is hurting students in public and private universities. Is the Ministry itself which recognizes that thousands of students of public universities may be affected, but the Department of Education can not look the other way, this result is a consequence of their actions. The discriminatory nature of the grants was argued by the UCV and the publication of the bases and was ignored by the Government. The same character and negative report delivered by the Consell Jurídic Consultiu and by the prosecution, which is reflected in the car’s own Supreme Court. Unfortunately, the lack of dialogue and study of alternative approaches to yours, has determined the pronouncement of the High Court. Therefore, the consequences and effects that arise now are not attributable neither the Supreme Court nor the Catholic University but to the denial of a reconsideration by the Ministry ??.
The Rector of the Catholic University San Vicente Martir, Ignacio Sanchez House, said that ?? from the UCV have always acted with institutional loyalty, and from the moment of the Call of Orders, we inform the Ministry that the model was not well thought being so the Court decides on the appeal sustained in the defense of fundamental rights of our students, in defense of equality and non-discrimination, an issue that has been repeatedly warned by UCV to the Ministry of Education. Our thesis and defense are because you endorsed by these two bodies and finally by the TSJ ??.
The decision of the Superior Court regarding the acceptance of precautionary measures on two of the appeals regarding the scholarships supposed to guarantee the highest Valencian Court grants the students of the UCV, ?? ?? assertion that a university is at the forefront of the best universities in Spain in teaching and employability, which is why students want to study with us . All our resources are geared towards better training of our young people seeking educational excellence and prestige of education of Valencia ??.
Chamber Ignacio Sanchez reiterated the will of ?? UCV to continue providing a service to society, and therefore always expressing our interest in working with our institutions through dialogue, as befits a university with a clear social objective ??.
