The armed separatist organization ETA Friday rejected a disarmament plan presented by the regional government of the Basque Country, in northern Spain, refusing to give his arsenal.
In a statement published in the newspaper Gara Basque fifteen days of the municipal elections in the region, ETA, classified as ‘terrorist organization’ by the US and the European Union, hosted by contrast favorably the proposals of the Basque separatist coalition EH Bildu.
The EH Bildu plan presented in late April, envisages the creation of an ‘independent committee of disarmament’, with international experts to collect and destroy weapons.
