Murcia, February 20 ( EFE ) .- The judge of the Superior Court of the Region of Murcia ( TSJ ) has instructed the case for alleged trespass against regional government adviser Pedro Antonio Sánchez, today announces the dismissal of the proceedings, considering that no criminal.
Sánchez has been endorsed by former regional president and MEP Ramón Luis Valcárcel as a candidate for President of the Autonomous Community of Murcia in the next elections in May, although his possible candidacy was hampered by its complaint in this case.
The resolution, which has had access Efe said that after analyzing all the evidence taken, there is no evidence of criminality against Sanchez to continue investigating the case, he addressed Judge Julian Pérez-Mild.
To adopt the agreement, the judge took into account, among other measures, the recently practiced with the declaration of five witnesses, including three people who intermediated in selling the housing, which agreed that everything was done according to the law.
The judgment states that the investigation opened following the complaint lodged by the PSOE , has been limited to determining exclusively if Sánchez, who bought the house when he was mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, enjoyed preferential treatment for alleged urban compensation.
This is the second time that the case is filed, as the instructor took this same measure a few months ago, but had to reopen to estimate the Chamber of Civil and Criminal TSJ the appeal filed by the prosecution.
