Madrid, February 19 ( EFE ) .- The Constitutional Court (CC) declared admissible actions brought by the Basque Country, Catalonia Andalusia and Asturias against provisions of state law regulating trading hours, as these regional governments understand that the rule invade their skills.
This is constitutional challenges against the law of 15 October 2014 urgent measures for growth, competitiveness and efficiency, which provides inter alia that traders tourist cities will have time full freedom to open their establishments throughout the year.
The court agreed in separate orders to issue demands to the Congress of Deputies, the Senate and the Government, who have fifteen days to make themselves in the different procedures and make submissions.
The admission no means any decision on the merits, the court resolved in the near future, according to the TC.
