Madrid, July 4 (Sputnik) .- the High Court Monday ordered file a complaint against the emerging Podemos party and its general secretary, Pablo Iglesias, for alleged illegal financing with funds from Venezuela or Iran.
“the complaint is an unordered set of reproductions of news published in the press in which it is attributed to the accused receiving money from tax havens or risk countries,” says auto file complaint.
According to the complaint, Iglesias financed political activity can with black money from an Iranian citizen owner of an audiovisual company and payments of the Venezuelan government to the Center of political and Social Studies Foundation, which Iglesias worked before founding the party.
the lawsuit, which was filed by the Union Civica Spanish-party partnership for Peace, Reconciliation and Progress of Spain (Ucesp), taking as the basis an alleged document police (known as PISA report) detailing the alleged illegal activities of Podemos.
the judicial authorities, however, have argued that the report does not deserve credit either for lack of police letterhead and recalled that last March the Supreme Court and filed another lawsuit based on that document.
“the wording of the facts lacks any circumstantial virtuality as prima facie evidence and these deficiencies can not be covered with ex officio action “says the auto file. (Sputnik)
