The Spanish government today condemned “in the strongest terms” the many kidnappings that occur in the Syrian province of Homs in recent days.
In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs recalled that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights estimated at more than two hundred people captured by terrorists of the Islamic State (EI) after taking the city of Al Quariatain in central Syria on 6 August.
