The court in Poland studying extradition request for director Roman Polanski to the US, where it is charged with sexual abuse of a minor in 1977 , said he has not received within the time limits required documentation to the US authorities.
The court in the city of Krakow, has decided to extend the deadline for the time may delay sending the document by mail, local media reported today.

Polanski, 81, born in Poland and lives in France, he is accused of having sex with a 13-year-old Samantha Geimer, crime who pleaded guilty in 1977 and which spent 42 days in jail, after which released on bail .
