Catalan leader demanded arrest for “conspiracy and provocation” – El Universal (Venezuela)

Madrid .- The Spanish Attorney General has since Thursday on his table a petition to stop the head of the government of Catalonia, Artur Mas, by inciting sedition with the call for regional elections on September 27.
