The Spanish Popular Party (PP) – center-right and the Government- leads the voting intention Spanish with a lead of just over one percentage point over the Socialists PSOE, whose leader Pedro Sanchez, appears better valued than the president of the Government, Mariano Rajoy.
The latest survey by the Center for Sociological Research (CIS), released today, shows that the PP would win general elections if they were held today, 25.6% of the vote, while the PSOE It stands at second, with 24.3%. Meanwhile, we lose strength and pop down to third place.
The PSOE recovery is mainly due to the fall of Podemos, the party “brother” of the Greek Syriza, falling to 16.5%. The group had recorded 23.9% in the previous analysis polls on voting intentions, made by the CIS in January.
