Therefore, the target primordial of this first Congress is to create a more professional, improving the technical preparation to give a more rapid and effective response in emergencies.
Papers , which encourage collaboration and engagement between national and international organizations, will be conducted by specialists from around the world (USA, Germany, France, Norway, Belgium) in addition to contributions of NGOs such as United Firefighters Without Borders, Red Cross, or Messengers of Peace.
