The PAHs calls an action against an eviction Caixabank – The Farad

The Platform of People Affected by Mortgages in Santander has called for next Wednesday, April 8, an action Stop Evictions in the Cantabrian capital if CaixaBank and its subsidiary Servihabitad decide to carry out the eviction who have ordered that date.

the expulsion order affects a newlywed marriage Santander that, in its economic to access a rent at market difficulties, entered last year in a province empty housing CaixaBank, assuming them community expenses, electricity and water, hoping to achieve a social rent in this house.

The very Servihabitad has since contacted them and offered them the possibility of agreeing on a social rent, but since then have been waiting for confirmation of the suspension of eviction.

(in others they have made the entity negotiate, as with the occupations of certain banks that without these measures would not agree to dialogue with them).

assemblies PAH Santander are every Tuesday at 18 pm in the CC “Callealtero” in the Plaza of Human Rights, 1 (area High street) from Santander, and serve in 634,566,751.

in recent months been warning of an increase in cases of eviction and housing emergency that come to them, also reflected in official statistics, which has reason to increase their defense measures and pressure (recently, coinciding with the fifth anniversary of 15M they encamped in the Porticada, opposite the headquarters of Liberbank, the refusal of the former Caja Cantabria to dialogue with them) and has led to react to the institutions: the Government of Cantabria itself has enabled an Office of Emergency Housing in Calle Juan de Herrera
