Cesar Oswaldo Osorio sexually abused two children while their fathers went to work. According to the prosecutor’s file, Osorio forced the children to be touched and threatened to sexually abuse them.

 

 The incident occurred in December 2013, almost a year, proceeded to administrative detention.

 

 Before the relevant evidence presented by the Attorney General of the Republic, the Trial Court of Santa Tecla issued a sentence of 24 years in prison against Osorio on charges of sexual assault in less incapable aggravated against two minors in the municipality Santa Tecla.
