An Episode in Spain reminds us of a case that arose in the Peruvian Congress. On this occasion, Cecilia Villalobos, deputy of the Popular Party, was recorded playing the game ‘Candy Crush’, while the Prime Minister of Spain Mariano Rajoy gave a speech to Parliament , and reveals an upload to YouTube.
