After examining the evidence submitted by the representatives of the public prosecutor and the admission of facts by the vigilant, the Court 3rd Control of the Andean region issued the said judgment against Castro Valecillo, who was referred to the Judicial of Trujillo.
In the afternoon of that day, was sentenced today aboard a vehicle accompanied by three people, through the Fixed Point Bella Vista Control of the Pan American Highway, when officials of the National Guard pointed them to stop to undergo there a routine checkup.
During the procedure, military troops detected the existence of seven contentivos wraps of cocaine in a bag, owned by Castro Valecillo, which accounted for two kilos with one gram of that drug.
Under such a situation, the young man was arrested and placed in the custody of the Attorney General.
