ENTORNOINTELIGENTE.COM / The prosecution accused the workers of the Corporacion Venezolana de Guayana (CVG) Venalum, Emilio Vidal (58) and José Vaenas (49) for allegedly molesting a colleague last event occurred December 21, 2014, in San Felix, Bolivar State.
Fiscal 16th of that jurisdiction, marvelys Golindano accused two men for allegedly committing the crime of sexual violence in degree of co-authorship, and sanctioned by the Organic Law on the Right of Women to a Life Free of Violence and Code Criminal.
In the brief submitted to the Court 1 Bolívar control, tax representation applied for admission to the indictment and prosecution of the two men, and that the custodial measure to keep Vaenas Vidal and who are held in the Judicial Vista Hermosa, located in said state.
On the afternoon of December 21, the two workers offered to take the woman of 28 years old at his home. During the way they stopped at a liquor store to invi te a drink to the victim.
Then, she lost consciousness, at which the two co-workers moved to a hotel where he later proceeded to rape her.
On December 22, the woman filed a complaint with the Body of Scientific, Penal and Criminal Investigations (CICPC), Bolivar State.
Therefore last December 25, Vidal and Vaenas were apprehended by officials CICPC in response to a warrant requested by the Public Ministry and agreed upon by the Court 2nd Control Bolívar state.
