Melilla / Madrid, February 17 ( EFE ) .- The Civil Guard have arrested 14 people in Melilla, Malaga, Madrid and Las Palmas Gran Canaria related to a corruption in public procurement, which investigates alleged crimes against public administration, money laundering and forgery.
