The Ministry of Public Works wants them to continue supporting the sector given the economic importance in relation to its contribution to GDP and job creation in the community.
With these grants the quality will prevail , qualification and adaptation of businesses to new models more sustainable and diversified tourism. By aid the firms may raise the level of infrastructure and provide more value-added services.
The aid is intended to lodgings, spas, alternative tourism businesses and tourism intermediation and foster quality of accommodation and catering establishments. Likewise, the Governing Council authorized the signing of an agreement on the grant award Welcome to the City set for the rehabilitation and equipping of a traditional house to create the visitor center Dehesa and Toro.
With this action seeks to promote rural tourism and the budget amounts to 200,000 euros in 2015, as highlighted Cristina Lieutenant. The commission is also authorized TRAGSA of the construction of the Visitor Reception Centre and Interpretation of the Middle Ages near the Castillo de Alburquerque.
