A man aged 47 has been arrested for allegedly shooting a shotgun and cause injuries to the face to another, 55, in a dispute over the vehicle ownership, in a farmhouse located on the road to Olivenza, Badajoz.
The victim, who had shot eyebrow, tongue and ear, had made themselves known at the home of the assailant, who has been charged with an alleged crime of attempted murder and illegal possession of weapons, in order that it may change the ownership of a vehicle that had sold him, as reported by the National Police in a press release.
The events date back to last Wednesday, at 11.30 am, when he received a call on the Operations Room 091 of the Provincial Commissariat of Badajoz, which stated that a man had been shot by another person, in a farmhouse located on the road from Olivenza.
Immediately went to the scene several police indicative who, when interviewing the victim, a man of 55, he told them that he had themselves known in the home of the alleged perpetrator by the former selling a car, so that the latter change the ownership thereof moment from the roof had been shot with a shotgun, injuring him in the face, having to flee to the race the place.
The victim was taken to a health center, where they were informed that he had shot in the eyebrow, tongue and ear. Already in police custody, the police found that the alleged perpetrator lacked the requisite license for weapons and accusing him of illegal possession of weapons.
