Madrid, 17 February (EFE) .- The delegate of Planning of the City of Madrid, José Manuel Calvo, said today that the local government is reviewing the building area of large urban projects of the city, as the operations Chamartin Mahou- Calderon.
Calvo has appeared today in the Municipal Commission for Sustainable Urban Development to account for the operation Mahou-Calderon -paralizada for Justice and projecting down the stadium and to build the factory in the area-, on account of a question of municipal group PSOE, which has called for restarting the project from scratch.
In his speech, the delegate indicated that matches the “diagnosis” of the PSOE and considered the model of paying infrastructure developments and all kinds of costs in exchange for raising the floor area is “failed” because just saturating capacity occupancy the territory.
“We are reviewing all operations that have been formed in this way,” he stressed the council, which has included the same Chamartin operation and also that of Calderon.
