Spain heads the Security Council in a month key to Syria and the Middle East
United Nations, 1 dec (EFE).- Spain today assumed the rotating presidency of the Security Council of the UN, a position he will occupy during the month of December, in a key moment for the war in Syria and to the future of the israeli-palestinian conflict.
In the agenda prepared by Spain, stand two meetings related to the fight against terrorism, in which there will be ministerial representation, and one on the trafficking of human beings in situations of conflict, to be chaired by the president of the Government, Mariano Rajoy.
