Sabadell City Council convenes one minute silence for the death of Sandra Garcia – Terra Peru

The City of Sabadell (Barcelona) has called for a minute’s silence to be held tomorrow, Wednesday, at noon the Plaza Sant Roc, the death of Sandra Garcia Geraldino, allegedly murdered by her former partner in the Dutch city of Utrecht.

The session also noted that the minute of silence will serve to condemn the death of Sandra Garcia “and all acts of violence against women”.

The prosecution of Utrecht today confirmed that the body found in the Dutch town Geraldino corresponds to Sandra Garcia, a Dominican of 45 years resident in Sabadell and was missing since last July 31.

The woman, Spanish but originally from San Juan de Maguana nationality, had moved to the Netherlands to hold a meeting with his former partner, who was “kidnapped” to the twin daughters of five years they had in common, as explained to Efe a person close to the family who asked not to be identified.
