Barcelona. (EFE) .- Govern of Catalonia has decided to move the central executive and the Constitutional Court ( TC ) four boxes with motions more 900 councils Catalans have agreed in favor of the eventual query sovereigntist Nov. 9.
After the meeting of the Government, the Minister for Presidency and spokesman for the Government, Francesc Homs, explained that the motions of more than 900 municipalities occupy four full boxes, to be sent to TC and the Government to display the local support of the 9-N query. Thus, the two institutions may prove “their eyes” to the “volume” of the motions is not “trivial” or “negligible,” he added.
Catalan president, Artur Mas, received last Saturday at the Palau de la Generalitat to the mayors of the municipalities that took with the respective motions in defense of the right to decide.
In total, 920 Catalan municipalities of a total of 947 that exist in Catalonia (96%) who supported this initiative, promoted by the Association of Municipalities for Independence (AMI) and the Catalan Association of Municipalities (ACM)
