The central government asked the TC to annul the election board 9N – eldia.es

The State attorney yesterday asked the Constitutional Court, on behalf of the Government, to annul the election board of the sovereigntist consultation 9N, considering that his appointment violates the decision to suspend temporarily the process, agreed ago by same court.

The initiative, which generally do not enter into the full TC starts today, because not enough time to deal with it, has been raised as an incident of contract for failure to comply with the suspension of the Law Consultations Catalan declared by the Constitution in one of two orders issued.
