The National Police of Spain arrested this Thursday in the areas of the basque country, Girona and Cantabria to five people as suspects members of a criminal organization dedicated to the traffic of weapons.
likewise, were seized more than 8,000 weapons of war ready for sale on the black market to terrorist groups and organized crime.
The Interior Ministry reported that the arrests of these four men and one woman, all of them of Spanish nationality, have been produced in Olot (Girona), Liendo (Cantabria), Galdakao and Getxo (Bizkaia), and in this last municipality is found a sophisticated workshop for the manipulation and reactivation of these weapons.
