Rapist of the United Kingdom was arrested in Benidorm – Second Approach

This Friday, the Commissary provincial of Alicante reported that was arrested in Benidorm, in the province of Alicante in Spain, to a man who sexually abused two young brothers in the Uk.

Between the years 2007 and 2010, the suspect sexually abused by up to 22 occasions of two british brothers, aged 14 and 16 years of age. The man maintained a friendship with the parents of the victims, which allowed him to get close to minors and committing the crimes.

The friendship with the parents of the children was the link with the victims, because the parents allowed him to spend time in the company of their children, oblivious to the sexual practices to which they were subjected children.

When it was discovered by the authorities of the United Kingdom, the subject fled to Spain, where also he was arrested for downloading child pornography via the internet. For the time of their arrest, were found a number of files that contained pornographic material, and that were shared with other pedophiles.

The agents were surprised with a large amount of content pedophile that he shared through a platform of exchange of files, by which he had been accused of the crimes of possession and distribution of child pornography.

The man was charged for the following offenses: Author of six violations, incitement of minors to engage in sexual intercourse, assault and other offences against the integrity of the youth, accusations that he imposed the penalty of 43 years in prison and up to life imprisonment.

The detainee was captured 24 hours after the entry into force of a European Order of Detention and Delivery.

The operation that allowed for the apprehension of the fugitive was carried out by the Provincial Squad of the Judicial Police Provincial of the province of Alicante in collaboration with the National Crime Agency (NCA) british.

The detainee was put on, during the morning of this Friday, at the disposal of the Central Court of Instruction in the duties of guard of the National Audience.

With the arrest of the pedophile, as are four of the fugitive britons arrested in the province of Alicante in the last three months.
