Provincial Congress of the Judiciary – Daily Democracy

On Thursday 5 and Friday 6 May will be held in Junín the XIV Provincial Congress of Secretaries, Officers and Auxiliary Letrados the Judiciary.
 The event will be attended by the rector of the UNNOBA, Dr. William Tamarit, Minister of Justice of the Province of Buenos Aires, Dr. Carlos Mahiques, the president of the Supreme Court of the Province of Buenos Aires (SCJBA) Dr. Luis Esteban Genoud, President Association of Judges and officials of the Judiciary of the Province of Buenos Aires, Dr. Rodrigo Cataldo, and the mayor of Junin, accountant Paul Petrecca, among other authorities.
 It is an activity that will take place over two days, which will discuss the responsibility of the judicial officer, the lights of the new reform of the Civil and Commercial Code, on the understanding that it is essential to encourage the growth of partnerships and actively participate in them, considering the associations the most important when defending the interests of those who fulfill judicial functions tool.
 The opening of the Congress will be held in the Hall of Democracy Argentina, home of the Chancellor, Predio Mr. York, and commissions will be held at the Bar (Bmé. Mitre 83) and the auditorium Osde (Bmé. Mitre 90).
 In this regard, Dr. Juan Bazzani, president of the Association of Judges and Officials of the Judiciary of the Judicial Department of Junin, said that “it will be an intensive and fruitful day for the betterment of Justice of the Province of Buenos Aires”.
 Among the priority issues to be addressed, Bazzani said the attempt to “achieve economic and financial autonomy of the judiciary” and deepened: “The Justice of the Province has some differences at budgetary level with regard to national justice, City Autonomous University of Buenos Aires and the other districts. It will treat the idea that the judiciary itself the resources generated, which is a project that last year lost parliamentary status and is an aspiration of the SCJBA, and hopefully have treatment in the Buenos Aires Legislature self-financing through ” .
