SEVILLA, Spain, in April. 03 2016.- The Spanish caretaker government, Mariano Rajoy, proposed today that the country delayed their schedule in sixty minutes fit the spindle of Greenwich, so he joins the already raised by the Socialists ( PSOE) and the liberal Citizens.

During an act of party in Seville, Rajoy also suggested that the working day in Spain rises to 18 hours in general.

the Government Spanish is in place since the legislative elections of December 20, with difficulty between the parties to reach consensus favoring governance.

so the approach Rajoy worth seeing in terms of proposals for a possible election, to take place on June 26 if before a month no new government.

in 1942, the dictatorship of Francisco Franco modified the time zone Spanish and advanced one hour of Greenwich, because until then was equal to that of Portugal and the United Kingdom.

there is now a consensus that could turn this situation and both PSOE and Citizens led him to a pact with reformist measures to support the investiture as President of the Government of socialist Pedro Sanchez, who was failed a month ago.

Today Mariano Rajoy said the PP supports the zone change because it is an initiative that has broad social consensus.

on the working day in Spain it reaches first hour of the night in many cases, the PP defends an agreement with other political forces and social partners so that, in general, end at six in the afternoon.

that schedule, however, would not apply to public services or companies with afternoon or evening activity have implemented several hours shifts.

Another proposal is to have tax benefits businesses that help family reconciliation through measures such as rational schedules, flexible time input and output of shift, promoting telecommuting or partial crèches.
